Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Psaki was the oldest of three daughters. She was the daughter of Eileen Dolan Medvey (Psychotherapist, 8] and Dimitrios R. Psaki (Greek, Demetrios R. Psakes), who were both real estate agents. Her grandfather moved to Greece in 1904 and her mother was of Irish descent. Her parents were married in the year 1976. Psaki also has Polish ancestry.Psaki graduated from Greenwich High School in 1996. In 2000, she graduated from the College of William & Mary. She graduated with a degree in English and sociology. She is a Chi Omega member. Psaki competed in backstroke swimming for William & Mary Tribe for two years. Psaki's professional career started in 2001, when she was involved in the re-election campaigns of Tom Harkin, an Iowa Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate, and Tom Vilsack, a candidate for governor. Psaki was later appointed deputy press secretary to John Kerry's presidential campaign for 2004. Psaki worked as the communications director for Joseph Crowley (U.S. Representative) and also as the regional press secretary of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. MSNBC announced Psaki will serve as a Political Analyst in the 2022 United States Presidential Elections. In 2023 she will host a program on MSNBC's Peacock streaming service.
