Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Ball (born November 24 January 1981) is an American political commentator. Her past roles included being an presidential candidate as well as an anchor on TV at MSNBC. She's also often a contributor to The Huffington Post, a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, and a former co-host on The Hill's Rising with Saagar Ejeti. In the month of May, 2021 Ball and Enjeti announced that they were quitting the show to start their own project, titled Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball is co-hosting Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has appeared on guest appearances on programs such as Real Time with Bill Maher, Fox News (CNBC), Fox News (Fox News), and CNN (CNBC). Ball has been engaged to Jonathan Dariyanani since 2020. Ball attributes her passion for politics to the reality that she became a mother in the 2008 presidential primaries and was also able to observe the US presidential election results while in Jordan. She witnessed the impact it had on residents of her home country and was inspired to appreciate the global impact of US politics. She was a Senior Fellowship of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's candidate for Congress in Virginia's 1st congressional District in 2010. She lost to Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. She was the host of The Cycle, a MSNBC television show that she co-hosted from June 2012 to August 2015. In May 2017, she created the People's House Project, a political action committee that works for Democratic causes.
